The Senior Coordinator, Team Leader in the Office of the Deputy Director-General, Clinical Excellence Queensland is responsible for providing expert, proactive administration advice, strategic direction and leadership and coordination of Administration and Correspondence Services to meet the current and future support needs of the Office of the Deputy Director-General, Clinical Excellence Queensland.
Key responsibilities
* Adhere to defined service quality standards, health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
* Fulfil the responsibilities of this role in accordance with QPS values as outlined above.
* Follow defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken in order to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces (for all employees).
* Provide operational leadership and management of the administrative and correspondence processes providing strategic direction, planning and implementation of processes within the Office of the Deputy Director-General, Clinical Excellence Queensland.
Role fit
* Demonstrated ability to strategically lead an administrative support service and correspondence function, including ability to provide professional supervision, development, and guidance to staff, building and sustaining positive relationships, treating people with respect and courtesy, keeping people informed of progress and issues in line with current human resource management practices.
* Demonstrated experience in providing high level executive and secretariat support.
* Demonstrated experience in supporting or assisting with developing policy content/issues.
