As Talent & DEI Advisor, you will strengthen employee experience through the delivery of talent and inclusion initiatives. You will coordinate key people programs, provide data-driven insights and support meaningful talent & DEI initiatives that enhance engagement across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead small talent & DEI initiatives end-to-end
* Coordinate People Cycle activities including performance, development and talent processes
* Support early career programs including graduate and leadership initiatives
* Support the implementation of and participation in the employee engagement survey
* Develop insights from people data to inform talent and DEI priorities
* Create high-quality communications and campaign materials
* Support DEI Employee Resource Groups with governance and coordination
