The successful candidate will have extensive experience in an enterprise-scale ICT services environment, with a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and Agile practices.

You will be responsible for providing Tier 2 technical support, including backups and system administration for a wide range of software and hardware, as well as on-site network equipment and technology assets.

Your expertise will be utilised to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve IT system issues, deploy IT infrastructure, hardware, and software, and contribute to the development and implementation of technical specifications.
