Now we're launching into Commercial & Industrial — and we're looking for the right person to help lead it.
This is a strategic growth role for a commercially astute BDM who knows how to originate, structure and close complex, high-value deals.

The Role
You will originate and close commercial solar and battery projects across South Australia.
This includes:
* Managing complex 3–12 month sales cycles
* Engaging directors, CFOs, procurement, operations and site managers
* Leading multi-stakeholder negotiations
* Shaping bid strategy with engineering and operations
* Building technically robust and commercially sound proposals
* Maintaining structured pipeline reporting and forecasting
* Protecting margin while remaining competitive
This is not transactional selling.
This is structured, consultative project sales.
Who We're Looking For
* 3+ years in B2B solutions selling (solar, energy, construction or related industry)
* Proven success in long-cycle, high-value, multi-stakeholder deals
* Comfortable engaging at executive, finance and operational levels
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability
* Experience collaborating with technical teams
* High CRM discipline and structured pipeline management
* Willingness to travel as required
