Aboriginal Services Coordinator
The Aboriginal Services Coordinator oversees and coordinates the organisation's administration, transport, and support services.
You will manage and support the administration team in a fast-paced environment, supporting our local community health needs and providing a safe inclusive place for people to meet.
This position involves:
* Coordinating office systems, procedures, and confidential records
* Overseeing fleet management, including servicing, insurances, and compliance
* Controlling daily transport services
* Maintaining facilities, equipment, and contracted services (cleaning, security, maintenance)
* Monitoring resources and operational expenditure
* Managing staff to ensure effective performance
