This is an exciting opportunity to work with Western Australia's longest established recruitment companies, as a Public Sector Recruitment Advisor.

* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes ensuring compliance with State Government regulations and internal policies.


The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate any issues that may arise during the recruitment process. They must also be able to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.



* Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and industry standards;

* Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insightful recommendations;

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
