Job Description

Your Role: As the Service Manager, you'll lead our service team in delivering outstanding aftersales care at our Dandenong dealership. Your mission will be to:

* Work closely with the Dealer Principal to implement continuous improvements.
* Manage day‐to‐day operations to ensure profitability and achieve key targets that positively impact the bottom line.
* Manage a high‐volume workshop, including pre‐delivery processes, to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
* Empower your team with the tools and guidance needed to excel.
* Collaborate closely with Toyota Australia to strengthen rapport and align with brand standards.
* Liaise with Sales, Parts, Marketing and Administration teams to share common goals and ensure seamless service delivery.
* Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and processes across all areas, including Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).
* Handle inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring a top‐notch customer experience.
