We are seeking a skilled, customer focused Property Manager to join our dynamic and well supported team. This role is ideal for an organised professional with strong communication skills who enjoys working in a relaxed, friendly environment alongside experienced property managers and administrators.

The Role
As an experienced Property Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing a full residential property portfolio
* Delivering exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants
* Conducting inspections and coordinating maintenance
* Managing rent arrears and compliance
* Coordinating and overseeing property maintenance
* General property management administration
* Using Property Tree and other industry software
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Previous experience in residential property management
* Current Property Manager registration
* Knowledge of WA residential tenancy legislation
* High attention to detail
* The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
* A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle if based in Port Hedland
* Availability to travel to Port Hedland for 1–2 weeks during onboarding and regular visits as required (flights and accommodation provided by HFN)
While we prefer a locally based Property Manager (or someone relocating to Port Hedland), remote candidates working from home will also be considered, particularly those with strong property management experience.
