About the roleThis is a challenging but rewarding opportunity for you to make a positive change in the lives of Aboriginal men with a disability in the Ceduna community.We have multiple part time and casual positions available across our 24/7 supported residential homes, where you will work as a team in actively supporting our clients' individual complex needs by creating a safe environment and ensuring services are delivered in a culturally appropriate way.These roles will require successful applicants to be available and willing to work within a 24/7 roster that includes regular shift work, including night shifts, weekends and public holidays.As an organisation, we are committed to improving outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals, families, and communities.
