Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team. This role will involve generating high-profile exposure for our company in the media marketplace.
The successful candidate will set the benchmark for highly professional standards, leading by example both inside and outside the office. They will be open to change and have a preparedness to adapt, be creative and inquisitive in order to progress in the future.
A typical day in this role would include achieving individual budget achievements while working towards delivering overall business goals of team budget success. The candidate will also implement relevant skills and mentoring programs for Sales Coordinators and Account Executives, agree, promote and suggest weekly KPIs for the Sales Team, work closely with GSM to lead account initiatives and communication, find, develop, and manage key client partnerships across the designated territory, and play an instrumental role in establishing a High-Performance working culture within the designated sales team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Minimum 2 + years' experience in an Account Manager position
* High confidence in demonstrating leadership traits
* Refined negotiation skills
* High level of communication skills
* Ability to work proactively within a team environment
* Experience working with global or large, national clients is advantageous
* Tertiary qualification in Management, Media or Advertising (preferred but not essential)
