The Kingston Institute Australia, a registered RTO, is looking for Sydney based trainer/teacher/coordinator in the following positions:
**1)** **Trainer & Assessor: Kitchen Management/Commercial Cookery**
**Responsibilities**:
Conduct training and assessments and implement student continuous improvement plans in a complaint with ASQA standards.
Closely work with the Course Coordinator and the College management team.
Essential
- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery/kitchen management;
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment;
- Proven record of current industry, professional development, and vocational training experiences;
- Professional memberships;
- Children check; and
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**2)** **Trainer & Assessor: Diploma and Advanced Diploma of Applied Blockchain**
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct training and assessments and implement student continuous improvement plans in the complaint with ASQA standards in their respective course,
- Working closely with a small team of management.
Qualifications and experiences
- Proven teaching experience in the field of applied blockchain;
- Working closely with a small team of management.
**3)** **Trainer & Assessor/Coordinator: Leadership and Management & Business**(Certificate IV, Diploma & Advanced Diploma)
**4)** **Trainer & Assessor/Coordinator**:Information Technology (Diploma and Advanced Diploma of IT)**
**Responsibilities**:
Conduct training and assessments and implement student continuous improvement plans in the complaint with ASQA standards in their respective course.
Qualification and experience
- VET qualification (certificate, diploma and advanced diploma) holders in the relevant course/program;
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or a diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education;
- Proven track record of teaching, conducting assessment and grading; facilitating students for educational activities, continuous improvement support, recording and regular reporting to the College;
- Previous VET Sector / RTO experience;
- Course coordination experience preferred, and
**Remuneration**: Competitive/Negotiable
**5) ELICOS Coordinator (Part-time/Full-time)**
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the EICOS program of the College with administrative and teaching roles;
- Prepare teaching lessons, conduct assignments, grade assessments, and prepare results and certificates; and
- Work closely with a small team of management.
Qualification and experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. CELTA/ TESOL qualification;
- Experience in teaching ELICOS with relevant industry knowledge;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively and consultative in a teamwork environment, and
- Management of ELICOS program.

Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 15 per week
