About the Role & Company
We're partnering with a high-growth, FMCG business that's redefining convenience food through strong brand, quality products, and rapid expansion across retail and online channels.
Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner to support their Retail Sales and E-commerce teams, working closely with senior commercial leaders to drive performance, insight, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with Retail Sales and E-commerce leaders to support commercial decision-making
* Deliver weekly performance analysis, insights, and recommendations
* Proactively identify revenue, margin, and growth opportunities
* Support the development and improvement of the online channel, a key strategic focus
* Leverage large volumes of customer and product data to drive better outcomes
* Build strong relationships from senior leaders through to operational teams
* Continuously improve commercial processes, reporting, and ways of working
Requirements
* Proven experience in commercial finance / business partnering roles
* Background in FMCG, retail, and/or e-commerce environments
* Strong analytical capability with a commercial mindset
* Confident communicator who can influence and challenge constructively
* Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-growth business where no two days are the same
