The Role
This role will require you to relocate to Bega or the local area in NSW.
Join our passionate production team at Bega on the Far South Coast of NSW, where we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality dairy products enjoyed across Australia.
You'll be part of a supportive, safety-focused and collaborative team that keeps our manufacturing operations running smoothly every day.
Responsibilities
Operate machinery and equipment safely in line with procedures and standards.
Deliver production activities to meet daily and weekly schedules and targets.
Perform quality checks and follow work instructions to ensure product specifications are met.
Monitor machines and processes, identifying and escalating issues promptly.
Support a positive team culture through communication, collaboration and continuous improvement.
About You
Strong awareness of workplace health and safety standards.
Ability to follow standard operating procedures and quality requirements.
Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality products.
Mechanical aptitude or previous exposure to manufacturing, trade or production environments.
Clear communicator who works well in a team, shows reliability, flexibility and a willingness to learn.
Experience in food manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
Willing to work a 24/5, 24/6 or 24/7 rotating roster, covering day, afternoon and night shifts.
Knowledge of HACCP and GMP principles.
Relocation support may be eligible for suitable candidates.
