About the Opportunity
Kogan People Solutions, recruiters, are partnering with a premier luxury tea and beverage franchise group with a rapidly expanding national network. Our client is searching for a specialised Marketing Coordinator – Content & Branding to join their head office team. Renowned for its "Farm-to-Cup" philosophy and premium product sourcing, our client is redefining the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience in Australia.
The Role This is a dynamic position that combines strategic marketing coordination with high-end content production. You will be responsible for planning and organising national advertising policies to support sales objectives, while concurrently executing the technical production of multimedia assets for our digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Planning: Plan, develop, and organise advertising policies and campaigns to support sales objectives for the franchise network.
* Market Research: Commission and undertake research into the QSR sector to identify potential demand, consumer trends, and gaps in the market.
* Multimedia Production: Coordinate specialised advertising activities including media scripting, film production, and artwork design, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines.
* Data Analysis: Apply statistical modelling methods to analyse sales data and determine the impact of pricing strategies (e.g., bundle offers) on profitability.
* Franchise Support: Advise executives and franchise partners on critical marketing elements such as product mix and distribution channels to maximise market penetration.
* Digital Content: Create, schedule, and publish marketing content to social media platforms while recommending updates to digital content to improve search engine metrics (SEO).
Selection Criteria To be successful in this role, you must possess the following:
* Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar marketing or content coordination role, preferably within the beverage or retail sector.
* Industry Knowledge: A demonstrated deep understanding of bubble tea culture, tea beverage trends, and the Asian-Australian consumer market is essential to effectively promote the attributes of our goods.
* Qualifications: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Media, or a related discipline, or agreed alternative, is required.
* Media Content Production Skills: Demonstrated experience in marketing content production coordination, media scripting, and communicating creative concepts to design teams is required.
* Technical Proficiency: Competency in Adobe Creative Cloud software—specifically Adobe Audition and Adobe InDesign—is required for the production of broadcast-quality assets.
* Social Media Expertise: Proven experience managing official accounts on platforms such as WeChat, TikTok, and Instagram.
* Language Skills: Due to our supply chain, target consumers and diverse franchise partner network, proficiency of a second language skill such as Mandarin is considered advantageous.
You must have unrestricted full time Australian working rights to be considered.
