About the Opportunity
Due to continued growth, we’re excited to offer a new opportunity for a Packing Lead to join our team at Tatura. Working in our brand-new, world-class facility, you'll play a key role in supporting the Production Supervisor and leading a small team across one of our key production lines.
You’ll be hands-on, organised, and passionate about quality and people. Your day-to-day will include:
* Training, inducting and supporting new team members
* Leading by example and ensuring team tasks are completed efficiently
* Operating and overseeing the packing machinery and equipment
* Performing quality checks to maintain product standards
* Working alongside the Production Supervisor to support daily operations
You’ll thrive in this role if you:

* Are a team player with a strong work ethic and eye for detail
* Are hands-on and happy to jump in where needed to get the job done
* Have experience in a production or packing environment (not essential!)
