About the Role -
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Payroll Officer to join our dynamic team.
In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time, managing all aspects of payroll processing and maintaining compliance with relevant legislation. You will also play an important part in supporting project operations across multiple departments.
We offer flexible working hours, giving you the freedom to structure your schedule while meeting agreed outcomes. Depending on the successful applicant's circumstances, the position may be offered on a full-time or part-time basis. The position would be available for immediate start.
What You'll Be Doing -
* Payroll processing
* Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
* Respond to employee enquiries regarding payroll
* Prepare payroll reports for management
What You'll Bring -
* Proven experience in payroll processing with preference to MYOB Acumatica
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Attention to detail
