As Senior Water Infrastructure Leader - Team Lead, you will lead multi-disciplinary activities and inputs by the technical team, ensuring an integrated technical solution. You will focus on developing water and wastewater project delivery expertise locally and across the ANZ business.
The ideal candidate possesses leadership abilities, including managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams. They have advanced knowledge of water and wastewater services and the delivery environment. Problem-solving and negotiation skills are essential to resolve disputes. The candidate also has a strong understanding of Design & Construction or alternative delivery projects and excellent communication skills.
