- **Empower Research Success**: You'll ensure HDR students, Postgraduate Coordinators, and supervisors receive proactive, cohesive support that smooths every step of the research process—from attraction to completion.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Student Support**: Be the go-to person for HDR students and faculty, offering high-level advice and support across a range of matters including admission, scholarships, and academic progress.
- **Data Excellence**: Lead the collection, analysis, and reporting of HDR data, ensuring accuracy and integrity at every step.
- **Event Coordination**: Drive the success of HDR-focused events, from symposiums and conferences to our prestigious 3MT competition.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with faculty, staff, and external stakeholders, fostering an environment of collaboration and excellence.
- **Marketing and Recruitment**: Help attract the brightest minds by contributing to the development of engaging marketing materials and coordinating impactful recruitment events.
**To be successful you will need**:
- Demonstrated experience delivering high quality administrative support and services to senior professional and academic staff, preferably in relation to higher degree by research matters.
- Highly developed research, analytical and writing skills to enable analysis of relevant information and data, and the provision of high-quality work product including:
- written reports
- data analysis
- marketing materials (handbooks, web content, brochures)
- agendas and minutes
- presentations
- Demonstrated experience in independently initiating, planning and organising work and evaluating, interpreting and delivering advice in relation to rules, policies and procedures.
- Proven communication and negotiation skills to work constructively as part of a team and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others in a positive, constructive and professional manner
