Your Employer
Our client is a well-established Australian manufacturer of sustainable mineral-based fertilisers. They combine agronomic science, biology, and practical experience to develop tailored nutrient solutions for clients across horticulture, tree crops, pasture, broadacre farming, and more. With over 25 years in operation, the organisation is expanding its footprint with a new manufacturing plant underway in Toowoomba. To support their ongoing growth in the market, a driven Technical Sales Consultant is required to join their devoted east-coast team.
The Role
This role is ideal for a technically curious graduate seeking a field-facing opportunity in sustainable agriculture. * Managing existing accounts & identifying new opportunities
* Interpreting soil tests and developing nutrient programs

About You

* A qualification in Agronomy, Agriculture, Horticulture or related field
* Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in people
* A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel (typically 2-hour radius)
* Self-motivation, initiative and strong time management skills
