We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer service officer to join our team in Smithfield.


About the Role:


As a CSO, you will be the main point of contact for all after-sales service enquiries — managing incoming calls and emails, processing warranty claims, coordinating repairs, and liaising with service agents and customers. You'll work closely with our technical and service teams to ensure all jobs are completed accurately, on time, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle all incoming service calls and enquiries via phone, email, and other channels.

* Assess warranty eligibility by verifying proof of purchase and warranty terms.

* Log and manage service jobs in SAP, including raising authorisations and dispatching tasks to service agents.

* Coordinate repairs and replacement parts with technicians and subcontractors.

* Follow up with service agents, couriers, and customers to ensure prompt resolution.

* Process service agent invoices and assist with reports, stocktakes, and credit claims.

* Maintain accurate records and documentation for all service jobs.

* Support the team with spare part, product recall, and warranty enquiries as needed.

* Uphold all WHS standards and company procedures.


About You:

* Strong customer service and communication skills.

* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

* Experience using SAP or similar systems (highly regarded).

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.

* A team player with a proactive and professional attitude.

* Previous experience in a service coordination, warranty, white goods or appliances.
