Job Description:
* Manage the financial operations of the business, ensuring strategic and profitable financial decisions.
* Oversee accounts receivable, payables, and payroll duties.
* Maintain tax obligations with an external accounting firm.
* Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
* Enhance and maintain financial systems and processes.
* Prepare accurate and timely financial reports.
* Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
* Identify opportunities for financial improvement and implement necessary changes.
* E nsure compliance with financial legislation and regulations.
The Successful Applicant:
* Possess qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* Hold a CA/CPA Qualification.
* Have a background in private clients/business services.
* Bring experience from a similar role within funds management/property/investments/private family office.
* Demonstrate a sound understanding of financial legislation and regulations.
* Exhibit excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
