About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paediatric Speech Pathologist to work with children, their families and educators to deliver tailored speech pathology services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language and communication needs.

* Develop and deliver personalised therapy plans tailored to each child's unique needs.
">
* Provide therapy through telehealth, face-to-face sessions or a combination of both.
">
* Work closely with families, educators and other professionals to support each child's development.
">
* Mentor and supervise Therapy Assistants.
">
* Create and utilise engaging therapy resources to support client goals.
">
* Assist in developing online materials and programs to extend the reach and impact of our services.
">
* Stay updated with evidence-based practices and incorporate them into your therapy.
">
* Contribute to the growth of our practice by leading or participating in innovative projects.
">
* Maintain accurate client notes, progress reports and records in line with organisational policies.
">
* Manage your schedule effectively to balance client sessions, preparation and other responsibilities.
">
