OverviewAn attractive opportunity has arisen for a Data Entry Clerk to join our highly successful Intellectual Property (IP) team in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney or Perth.
This is a full-time permanent position.ResponsibilitiesMaintaining our internal document management system and data entry in our internal IP databaseManaging case reminders and deadlinesLiaising with clients in Australia and overseas, including drafting correspondence autonomouslyCooperating with the Credit Supervisor to ensure that debt collection policies are metLiaising with internal and external clients regarding queriesSeeking the creation of new name and address details into the databaseAccessing and using online patent databases of various patent officesProviding other assistance as required to other teamsQualificationsAdministration experience will be highly regardedIP experience is desired, but not essentialExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProven organisational and time management skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to work efficiently and accurately even during busy peak timesSolid knowledge of MS Office and typing speed of 60 wpmCulture and BenefitsJoin our inclusive and people-focussed culture.
