Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Youth Support Professional to join our team. As a Residential Youth Worker, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day care and support to young people who have experienced trauma and neglect.
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people. You will work under the guidance of our experienced Team Leaders and Youth Coordinators to provide practical and social skills training, and prepare young people for adulthood.

* Foster a safe and nurturing environment
* Be a positive role model and lead by example
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Cert IV in Child, Family, and Youth Intervention (or equivalent) or willingness to obtain it
* A current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and LCS2
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays
* A genuine commitment to supporting young people and contributing to a positive team culture
