Fleet Management (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

Responsibilities
- Depot Roll in and outs every day to ensure vehicles are departing safely and on time
- Monitor of Fleet cleanliness
- Monitor Driver presentation and uniforms
- Tracking fleet movements
- Use of radio communications (two way communication)
- Every 3 weeks you will be required to have the afterhours mobile for one week with training provided
- Assist with location coordinator for large movements like full school inter athletics carnivals etc
- Schedule of day to day fleet movements
- Additional tasks as required
- Assist with Sales Manager to set Sale tasks
- Knowledge in the administration and implementation of fatigue management strategies are preferred but not essential
- You must have sound written and verbal communication, and the ability to adapt to change. You should also have an intermediate or advanced MS Office proficiency.
- This role is for 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Qualifications and skills
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Ability to work as a team member
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task
- A demonstrated commitment to providing a high quality and standard of customer care
- Previous experience in a similar position is preferred but not essential
- Previous experience within the bus industry would be highly regarded, but not essential for this position
- You should also have an intermediate or advanced MS Office proficiency
