Job Description
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong attention to detail and presentation skills, ensuring that food meets property standards and is served within designated timeframes. You will also need to maintain high quality and presentation while adhering to local regulations related to health, safety, and compliance, with a solid grasp of HACCP management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Recognised culinary training and employment experience
- Commercial cookery certification and preferably, safe food handling certificate or food safety supervisor
- Ambition, raw talent, and passion for food
- Ability to communicate clearly and articulate manner
- Flexibility to accommodate various shifts, including mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
