About the Role
As a Support Worker you will assist a diverse range of clients under CHSP and HCP programmes, providing ongoing support with activities of daily living and support services such as Domestic Assistance, Social Support, Respite and Personal Care within the clients' own homes and in the community.
Key Responsibilities
Provide client-centred care.
Promote clients' choice and decision-making.
Respond to and report client deterioration and wellbeing.
Enhance clients' journey with Calvary Home Care by delivering high-quality care.
Be flexible and work a variety of shifts to meet clients' care needs.
About You
A Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability or Individual Support (desirable).
Current and valid Driver's Licence, insured vehicle and a smart mobile phone.
Capacity to embrace a meaningful role for yourself and the community.
Effective verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service orientation.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
Proficiency with technology such as smartphones, email and internet.
A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organisation.
