About the roleDue to opening on office on the Gold Coast in February 2026, we are looking to attract Recruitment Consultants and Senior Recruitment Consultants across temp and perm to join us as we embark on a period of growth in Queensland.
We are starting the office with one of our Senior Associate Directors who has been with the business for close to 15 years.
We aim to begin with 4-5 people but will be looking to grow to 15-20 over the first two years in business. This will be a mix of contract / temp and permanent recruitment.
We will be looking to recruit across multiple industries and verticals in the built environment. We aim to be a go to and trusted recruitment partner for a range of clients, particularly those involved in projects for the Brisbane Olympics in

Skills and Experience
* Successful track record in business development within a 360 recruitment environment
* Strong background in managing the delivery of permanent recruitment services
* Customer centric, long term relationship approach
* Growth / continuous improvement mindset
* Desire to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Industry knowledge in manufacturing desirable but not essential
