The Family:
A relaxed, rural family based in Burekup, WA is seeking a long-term, part-time nanny to start in October 2025. With two young children at home and a recent baby due in November, they’re looking for someone calm, capable, and confident to support their growing household. Both parents are hands-on and generally home in the evenings. Life on their farm is busy but unhurried, and they value a down-to-earth, family-focused lifestyle.
Days & Hours:
A minimum of 2 full days per week 7am-5pm. Some flexibility available for the right person.
A Typical Day Will Include:
- Caring for the children through play, reading, craft, and outdoor time
- Supporting daily routines, including naps and meals
- Light household duties like tidying, laundry, and basic food prep
- Running errands or doing the grocery run if required
- Driving to any future activities or appointments (a car can be provided, or fuel reimbursed if using your own)
- Supporting Mum, especially after the baby arrives
Location: Burekup, WA (on a working farm)

The ideal nanny is calm, warm, and proactive — someone who takes initiative and fits naturally into a relaxed, rural lifestyle. She has solid experience with young children and babies, and is confident managing the day independently while also being happy to work alongside Mum. A genuine love of kids, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed are essential. Being comfortable around cows and chooks is a bonus!
Qualifications/Requirements:
Hold a valid First Aid and CPR
Hold a valid Working with Children Check
Hold a valid National Police Check
A minimum of 3 years experience working with children
