** The Opportunity**:
Are you a natural sales hunter ready to make a real impact in healthcare? We’re looking for a Territory Manager to join our **Acute Care Division**, specialising in solutions that support critical patient care environments. You’ll champion innovative technologies such as **ICU beds, stretchers, transport chairs, and emergency care equipment**—products designed to improve patient safety, streamline workflows, and empower providers to deliver the highest standard of care. This is a **Brisbane-based role**, covering hospitals and healthcare facilities across the metropolitan region and surrounding areas.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on **business development**, uncovers new opportunities, and builds lasting partnerships. You’ll be responsible for driving growth in a competitive market, opening doors, and expanding Stryker’s footprint across QLD.
** Key Responsibilities**:
- Proactively identify and pursue recent business opportunities to grow market share
- Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to exceed targets
- Build strong relationships with Nurse Unit Managers, procurement teams, ICU directors, emergency department staff, and other healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
- Deliver product demonstrations, educational sessions, and training programs
- Provide exceptional customer service and post-sale clinical support
** Who You Are**:
**Minimum Requirements**
- Proven success in sales with a track record of exceeding targets (3+ years)
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, open new accounts, and win business in competitive markets
- Strong communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences
- Strategic mindset with business acumen and market analysis skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Brisbane and surrounding regions
** Preferred Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Health, Business, Nursing, or related field
- Knowledge of hospitals and selling in the healthcare setting
