Our client is looking for a Client Support to support clients through the exciting journey of building their dream home.
About the Role:
As a key member of the team, your role is to ensure a smooth and enjoyable construction process for their clients from after contract signing through to handover.
You'll be the bridge between clients, construction teams, and stakeholders—answering questions, solving problems, and keeping clients informed every step of the way.
This is a full-time hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home and attend the office as required.

What You'll Do:
* Client Communication: Proactively update and guide clients throughout the construction journey.
* Problem Solving: Address client concerns, identify issues, and work with the team to provide solutions.
* Coordination: Liaise with site supervisors, admin, and stakeholders to ensure timelines and expectations are met.
* Documentation: Manage variations, approvals, and key milestones while keeping records up to date.
* Experience Delivery: Provide an exceptional experience that leaves clients excited and stress-free.
What They Are Looking For:
* 3+ years' experience in new home construction or a similar client-facing role.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
* Attention to detail and proactive follow-up to keep everything on track.
* Familiarity with construction processes, CRM systems, and MS Office.
* A home office set-up and the ability to work autonomously.
* A genuine passion for delivering great client experiences.
