Our Expectations:
You will be an empathetic and professional individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Driver's license and a fully registered and insured vehicle
* Current First Aid including CPR qualification
* Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent (desired but not essential)
* NDISWC and WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
* Experience in the use of technology such as smartphones and computer programs
As a Home Care Worker, your day-to-day tasks may include:
* Personal care: toileting, bathing, showering, oral hygiene, and other personal hygiene needs
* Meal Preparation: cooking, food preparation, and meal planning
* Transport: transporting customers to medical appointments, social engagements, shopping, and other outings as required
* Social Support: welfare checks, fostering meaningful connections, offering empathetic companionship, and maintaining connection to the community
* Domestic Assistance: duties such as vacuuming, laundry, general cleaning, dusting, washing dishes, cleaning windows, cleaning carpets, making beds, basic home, and garden maintenance
