The Role
As a Business Development Manager / Account Manager, you'll play a key role in growing your territory, strengthening existing partnerships and uncovering new opportunities.
Your focus will include:
* Driving new business development alongside strategic account management
* Executing sales plans aligned with broader business goals
* Using sales data and insights to guide decisions and improve results
* Delivering product training and presentations across HVAC channels
* Regular travel across Canberra, Riverina, South Coast and surrounding regions
About You
* Proven experience in HVAC sales (BDM or Account Management)
* A genuine go-getter with a strong new business mindset
* Comfortable working to targets, strategy and structure
* Confident presenting and delivering product training
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* Current driver's licence
