Finance & administration coordinator - commercial property

Overview

This is a career‐building full‐time position supporting the financial and operational performance of a major retail asset. You'll work closely with an experienced Centre Manager and national retail operations team, taking ownership of tenant billings, financial administration, lease documentation and stakeholder coordination. This role suits someone who enjoys structured financial work, thrives on accuracy and wants to build meaningful responsibility in a stable, respected portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

* Preparation of monthly tenant billings, recharges and supporting schedules
* Managing tenancy schedules, arrears reporting and financial data accuracy
* Processing purchase orders, invoices and contractor payments
* Supporting reconciliations and centre financial reporting
* Maintaining lease files, renewals, variations, bank guarantees and insurances
* Assisting with arrears management and tenant communication
* Providing professional front‐of‐house support when required

About You

* Background in finance, accounts administration or detailed commercial administration (property experience a bonus!)
* Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable managing deadlines and structured processes
* Professional communication skills and confidence liaising with stakeholders
* Organised, dependable and proactive
* Interested in building a long‐term career in commercial property or finance
