Property Management Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Property Manager to join our team on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage owner relationships and communication
* Conduct property inspections, create condition reports, and process bond negotiations
* Coordinate maintenance activities and ensure compliance with regulations
* Process applications, lease renewals, and advertising in accordance with industry standards
* Manage arrears, generate RTA notices, and minimize loss
* Prepare for and attend court proceedings, document insurance claims
* Accurately record trust accounting entries, investigate discrepancies, and provide regular reporting
* Mentor and supervise an Assistant PM to ensure adherence to best practices and support their development
