About the Role
We are currently seeking a motivated and organised Administration & Sales Coordinator to join our growing office team in Balcatta. This key support role will assist in:
Responsibilities
* Responding to phone, email, and online sales enquiries
* Preparing and sending customer quotes
* Booking and managing job and quote schedules
* Handling customer communication and follow‐ups
* General administrative coordination and data entry
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in administration, customer service or sales support
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
* Confidence with phones, emails, and general office software
* Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
* Friendly and professional attitude
