We're seeking passionate, customer-focused people to join our Tier 1 Digital Support team for a 6-month contract representing Services Australia.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Answering inbound customer enquiries
* Helping people use online self-service tools
* Providing clear, friendly support with empathy and confidence
* Working full-time hours (6-month contract) from our West Perth office

About You:
* Based in Perth and available for a 6-month full-time contract
* Must be an Australian Citizen and 18+
* Available Monday – Friday 7am – 7pm
* Tech-savvy and confident on a computer
* Friendly, confident communicator who can listen, empathize, and connect
* Motivated, curious, and ready to learn
