Welder / Boilermaker / Labourer

Working in an established structural steel fabrication & installation company, located on the Queanbeyan, NSW. We are currently looking for a structural steel / metalwork fabricator to join our team.
This position would suit an experienced structural steel / metalwork fabricators. This is a part time / full time position.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years welding/boilermaker experience.
You will be required to work on various commercial building/construction sites fabricating and installing metalwork items such as handrails, balustrades and the erection of structural steel, truck driving small truck / large truck MR License.
Duties will include:
- Workshop Fabrication
- Site Work
This role requires flexibility to work both workshop and site-based duties with an approximate 50/50 split between locations.
- Rigging of structural steel as per construction drawings
- Site set out
- Ability to both fabricate & install metalwork items (e.g. handrails, balustrades) and the erection of structural steel
- Have a high attention to detail within your workmanship
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Truck driving
- Working with site cranes
-Operate HIAB attached to truck
Prerequisites
Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position.
- Truck Driver requires MR license
- Current non suspended driver's license
- Construction White Card
-Asbestos Card
-Silica Card
Wages will be calculated based on your experience and qualifications.
