Business Development Manager | Premium Bathroom & Interior Selections Teneriffe, Brisbane $100,000 - $120,000 Super Commission Are you passionate about interiors, relationship-building, and delivering exceptional client experiences? We’re partnering with a growing premium bathroom and interior selections studio based in Teneriffe that is looking for a proactive and commercially driven Sales & Studio Manager to take ownership of both showroom operations and business development growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys building long-term relationships with builders, renovators, architects, and interior designers. About the Business This Brisbane-based business specialises in premium bathroom and interior selections, offering tailored solutions through a boutique showroom and consultation experience. The Opportunity In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the studio while also driving outbound business development and nurturing key industry relationships. You’ll be trusted to take ownership, manage your pipeline effectively, and help grow the business through strong follow-up, networking, and consultative sales. About You Previous experience within bathroom & plumbing showrooms, interior selections/design studios, or building/architectural products Strong B2B sales and relationship management experience Existing relationships with builders, architects, renovators, or interior designers highly regarded Proven ability to manage pipelines, follow up leads, and drive conversions Confident with outbound business development and generating new opportunities Self-motivated, autonomous, and comfortable using CRM and quoting systems Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom/studio Conduct appointment-based client consultations and product selections Build and maintain relationships with builders, renovators, architects, and interior designers Follow up and convert inbound leads Drive outbound business development activity to generate new opportunities Manage quoting, CRM, and pipeline activity through HubSpot and Xero Maintain strong supplier and client relationships Ensure a high level of customer service throughout the client journey Consistently manage KPIs, follow-ups, and sales pipeline activity Why Apply?
