Channel Development Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Development Manager to drive revenue growth across the AU region. This role involves taking responsibility for the Channel/Partner landscape and overseeing acquisition and growth of channel partners.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and team spirit, with 3+ years of relevant experience in the tech industry. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships within multiple layers of the channel partner organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for acquiring and growing channel partners across the AU region to achieve revenue targets.
* Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships with channel partners.
* Support channel partners in end customer sales cycles from prospecting to opportunity management and transaction.
* Leverage existing relationships within channels and distribution partners to generate new business opportunities.
* Ensure understanding of vendors' and resellers' transaction models.
* Maintain accurate records of activity and channel development performance and report to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Relevant experience of at least 3 years (channel background) in the tech industry.
* Bachelor's degree.
* Strong strategy development, business planning, and presentation skills.
* Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
