Leadership Role in Financial Auditing
This is a key leadership position in our organization where you will be responsible for leading and delivering high-quality audit engagements. Your primary goal will be to ensure financial integrity, manage key risks, and provide clear insights to stakeholders.
* Plan and execute audit fieldwork onsite and in-office, taking responsibility for complex sections of the audit.
* Lead smaller engagements end-to-end, identifying and addressing risk areas, reviewing work of junior staff, and preparing files and reports for Manager/Partner review.
* Act as a key point of contact during audits, building strong relationships, managing expectations, and coordinating information flows with finance teams.
You will also play a core leadership role in the team: mentoring junior staff, reallocating work, contributing to internal training, and promoting a collaborative culture aligned with our organization's policies and values.

Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.
* 2+ years' experience in External Audit, Internal Audit, Accounting, or related fields.
* Completed or commenced CA or CPA studies, or at a minimum be in a position to commence these studies.
