**About the Role**
Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Data Entry clerk to provide administrative support to their tight-knit team. The ideal individual will have excellent data entry skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role will be suitable for someone who has strong technical and Microsoft Excel skills that is immediately available.

**Responsibilities**
Reporting to the planning manager, your responsibilities will include;
- High volume data entry
- Manage a timely and efficient data collection process
- Retrieving & manipulating data
- Cataloguing data with appropriate tags for ease of reference
- Updating data on internal database
- Manage and update spreadsheets
- Updating the system with inventory information
- Producing weekly reports
- Ad hoc duties as required

**Skills and Experience**
The following experience is essential to progress with this role:

- Prior data entry experience
- Excellent knowledge of data processing tools
- Experience in Excel and Xero
- Strong attention to detail
- High computer knowledge and competency
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- The ability to manage and prioritise a number of tasks at once
