Dispatch Coordinator - Bathurst

Hours: 7 hrs per day / 35 hr per week

**Your new role**
Your day-to-day activities include but are not limited to:
- Manage customers, orders, stock and dispatch arrangements
- Serve as a main point of contact with customers, end-to-end order management of orders
- Manage quarry orders & stock levels
- Coordinate deliveries with manufacturing and dispatch officers
- Timely notification to customers of delays/issues with production/delivery order changes/order cancellations
- General administration adhoc duties
**What you'll need to succeed**
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- Ability to juggle multiple, competing work agendas to meet deadline
- Strong geographical awareness to ensure orders are placed on correct warehouse and correct products
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service, dispatch, logístical knowledge, administration, agriculture background, manufacturing experience, ERP/SAP experience are all highly desirable
