Global Recruitment Partner / Consultant (Contractor)

Dimond Pony is an international recruitment and workforce solutions company supporting Australian businesses in sourcing skilled global talent.
We are expanding our global recruitment network and are looking for Recruitment Consultants / Talent Partners who have strong candidate networks in Malaysia, Singapore, or other international markets.
This is a flexible contractor partnership ideal for experienced recruiters, headhunters, or talent agents who would like to refer qualified candidates for Australian employers and earn attractive commissions for successful placements.
What You Will Do
* Refer to or introduce qualified candidates from your existing talent network
* Source suitable candidates for Australian job opportunities
* Conduct basic candidate screening before referral
* Submit candidate profiles to our recruitment team
This role focuses mainly on candidate referral and talent introduction, while our internal team manages employer coordination and placement processes.
What We Are Looking For
* Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or headhunting
* Access to candidate networks or talent pools in Malaysia, Singapore, or other countries
* Strong English communication skills
* Ability to work independently as a contract recruitment partner
* HR, business, or related qualifications are advantageous

Compensation
This is a commission-based contractor role (no base salary).
