Are you passionate about creating compelling stories that inspire audiences? We are looking for a Multimedia Producer to own the planning, coordination, and delivery of premium media content across our brand and campaigns.
As a key member of the marketing team, you will help shape our media approach and bring ideas to life across multiple channels. This role suits someone who is hands-on, highly organised, and creatively sharp, with the confidence to lead productions end to end. What you will do
* Lead and coordinate end-to-end production across branded content, commercials, and creative campaigns.
* Manage production timelines, schedules, and deliverables with strong attention to detail.
* Partner with internal stakeholders to interpret briefs and translate them into clear production plans.
* Liaise with clients, talent, and post-production teams to keep projects moving smoothly.
* Support the editing function to deliver high-performing, on-brand content across social and digital platforms.
* Ideate, script, shoot, and edit short-form videos and stills for campaigns, social, web, internal comms, and partner use.
* Oversee pre-production including concepting, storyboards, shot lists, creative decks, locations, talent, and logistics.
* Direct shoots on the day, ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with creative intent.
* Review edits and manage post-production workflows and deadlines for both photo and video.
* Maintain consistent visual and audio standards across all outputs.
* Track content performance, report insights, and iterate creative based on results.
* Contribute to improving production processes, templates, and our media asset library.
What you will bring
* Proven experience in a similar production, content, or creative project management role.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
* Excellent stakeholder communication skills and confidence working across teams.
* A strong creative eye and understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual style.
* Hands-on shooting and editing ability, both mobile and DSLR/mirrorless.
* Confidence working to tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
* Calm, adaptable mindset suited to a high-output environment.
* Proactive nature with strong ownership and initiative.
* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, and other mobile editing tools.
* A portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end production across multiple formats and platforms.
* Experience in understanding the analytics and performance of the contents created on platforms such as Youtube, Meta and Tiktok.
Nice to have
* Experience producing content in financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries.
* Motion graphics or animation capability beyond basic treatments.
* Photography and retouching skills.
* Experience working with external freelancers or agencies.
* Understanding of content testing and performance creative for paid social.
