Our client is looking for a practical, client-focused, architecturally trained professional that is happy to be cross-trained as a 7-star home consultant. This role will be instrumental to future building trends and there's no better opportunity to influence industry direction and grow your network than in a consulting role.
The industry is largely dominated by engineers and most firms are reactive instead of being proactive but our clients aspire to be 'Partners in Sustainability' with a goal of supporting the industry through a smooth transition to high-performance buildings.
Design flair, construction knowledge and leadership thinking are attributes of the people that will be key to driving the change required. As such we are looking to recruit architectural professionals to partner with their highly qualified engineers in project management and advisory roles.

**About You**:
- 4+ years of experience in residential architecture or a similar role
- Knowledgeable in passive architectural techniques, building materials and construction methodologies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and comfortable running small group training events
- A love of architecture, creative problem solving and collaboration
- The desire to have the biggest possible impact on the industry
