The Role
- Support a team of Sales Agents with day to day operations.
- Prepare sales agreements, contracts and correspondence.
- Coordinate and schedule property inspections and client meetings.
- Maintain and update the CRM database and filing systems.
- Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors and property managers.
- Assist with preparing marketing materials and property listings.
- Handle incoming enquiries via phone and email.
- Manage agent diaries and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports and market updates.
- Process and track contracts through to settlement.
Qualifications
- VIC Agents Rep.
- Driver's license.
- Previous experience in Residential or Commercial Real Estate.
- MUST have a passion for the Real Estate industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Outstanding organisation and time management.
- Ability to deliver high-end customer service.
