The Opportunity Reporting into the Finance Director, this Finance Business Partner role will sit at the centre of the commercial finance function, supporting a broad range of operational and commercial stakeholders across the business.
The business is specifically looking for someone with strong retail experience who enjoys fast-moving environments and can confidently influence stakeholders outside of finance.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver commercial insights and analysis to support strategic decision making
Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting processes
Partner closely with operational and commercial leaders across the business
Support financial performance across retail, B2B and eCommerce channels
Identify risks, opportunities and performance improvement initiatives
Contribute to strategic and growth-focused projects
Mentor and support a Finance Analyst within the team
About You
Proven Finance Business Partnering or commercial finance experience
Strong retail experience is essential
Exposure across multi-brand or consumer environments preferred
Ability to translate financial data into meaningful commercial insights
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
CA or CPA qualified with strong analytical capability
