The Opportunity
Austin Cove Early Learning Centre is seeking passionate early childhood educators to join our vibrant team in South Yunderup, WA. We have full-time and part-time positions available for candidates with Certificate III, Diploma, or equivalent qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality care and engage in educational activities for children aged 0-5 years
* Implement the Early Years Learning Framework to support the holistic development of each child
* Establish positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community
* Contribute to the planning, documentation, and evaluation of the curriculum
* Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
* Participate in professional development opportunities and team meetings
What We're Looking For
* Certificate III, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
* Experience working in a similar early childhood setting, preferably in a long day care or preschool environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Christian ethos
* Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing the best possible care and learning experiences for children
* Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and current best practices in early childhood education
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
* Current First Aid, CPR, and Working with Children Check
