About the Role
* Strategic Sales & Commercial Execution: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales volumes, revenue, and margin targets across NSW and VIC fleet operations.
* Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key Fleet Management Organisations (FMOs) and corporate customers to drive long-term loyalty and growth.
* Leadership & Team Management: Lead and manage the VIC and NSW Fleet Sales teams, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and collaboration.
* Operational Excellence: Improve pipeline visibility, quoting efficiency, and sales conversion tracking using digital tools and CRM systems.
Requirements
* Proven Leadership Experience: Proven experience in fleet sales leadership, preferably within the automotive industry.
* Relationship Management: Strong track record of relationship management and stakeholder engagement across multiple levels.
* Automotive Fleet Expertise: Deep understanding of the automotive fleet sales ecosystem, including FMO dynamics, tender processes, and OEM relations.
